Return, Exchange and Cancellation Procedures
1.Which products can be returned & exchanged?
Ø Our company acts in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 in return and exchange transactions.
Ø The product can be returned free of charge within 14 days, with its original invoice, or exchanged in our physical stores, provided that it is unused, its original packaging is undamaged and complete. (The right of withdrawal period begins on the day the contract is established in contracts regarding the performance of services; and on the day the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer receives the goods in contracts regarding the delivery of goods.)
Ø For sales channels other than the Instagram store named https://dedaofficial.com.tr and deda.officiall (Trendyol, Hepsiburada, etc.), you must make your return / exchange requests through the same channel. Other requests will not be accepted.
2.How to exchange a product?
Ø Products belonging to the "Cappadocia" series from DEDA collections cannot be exchanged or returned because they have special cuts and sensitive materials.
Ø For exchange and return transactions, you can send shipments with the defined code number from Yurtiçi Kargo company.
Ø Our company acts within the framework of the Consumer Protection Law in return transactions. You can return unopened, unused and resalable products within 14 days from the delivery date, stating the reason.
Ø Below you can find the exact items that must be included in the products you send for return. If any of these are missing, product returns will not be accepted:
* The box and/or packaging of the product is complete and undamaged,
* Standard accessories, if any
* You can send us the return part of the invoice sent to you, completed and signed.
*If the product you purchased belongs to the "Cappadocia" series, returns and exchanges cannot be made.
Ø Exchange and return of products purchased from our website or Instagram store are subject to the same exchange and return conditions.
Ø Damage incurred during transportation is compensated by the cargo company. It is recommended to keep a report before receiving the package.
3.How to get return approval & refund?
After the delivered products reach our warehouse, the process proceeds as follows:
Ø The product must be sent with a receipt proving that it was purchased or a document that proves the purchase.
Ø The product to be returned is examined by our expert team and it is investigated whether the product complies with the return rules. In case of any obstacle to return, our customer service will call you.
Ø When the return is approved, you will be notified via SMS or e-mail.
Ø DEDA reserves the right to refuse a refund if the product does not meet the policy conditions. If the refund is approved, the payment will be refunded to your account within 15 days.
Ø The reflection of the refund to the account may vary from bank to bank. DEDA does not have any responsibility for delays in depositing the money to the customer account due to reasons arising from the bank.
4.How does the Cancellation and Return process proceed for promotional products?
If the campaign conditions continue to be met even though the product is canceled, the campaign will not be cancelled. However, if the products are not sufficient to meet the campaign conditions, the campaign will be canceled and the refund will be made by deducting the discount of the campaign.
5.How to cancel an order?
The product price will be refunded to your account within 10 business days following the cancellation. The reflection of the refund to your account may vary depending on the bank's refund processes. DEDA has no liability for delays in depositing the refund payment to the account due to reasons arising from the bank.
6.How long is the cargo delivery time?
Orders placed through the Instagram store https://dedaofficial.com.tr and deda.officiall are delivered to Yurtiçi Kargo within 1-3 business days. This period may vary during special campaign periods. Orders placed on weekends and outside working hours are processed starting from the following business day.
